Your Remodeling In 6 Simple Steps
Step 1: Initial Consultation
15–30 mins
Call us or submit our quick inquiry form. We’ll call you back within one business day to learn more about your project.
From there, we schedule an on-site estimate at a time that works for you.
Step 2: Estimate & Proposal
2–3 Days Later
We visit your home, measure the space, and build a detailed proposal.
Next, we schedule a Zoom call or in-person meeting to review the proposal together, line by line. You can add or remove items and ask any question that comes to mind.
Nothing moves forward until the plan reflects exactly what you want.
Step 3: Contract & Material Selection
Week 1–2
Once you approve the proposal and sign the contract, we coordinate a start date on the calendar.
In the meantime, here comes the exciting part: visiting our showroom. You can see, touch, and select all materials and finishes in person. Our team will guide you and manage all orders on your behalf.
Step 4: Permits (if needed)
Week 2–5
Not every project requires a permit, but when yours does, we handle the entire process.
We submit directly to your township, manage any follow-up, and keep things moving while approvals come through.
You never have to visit any offices or deal with paperwork. That’s entirely on us.
Step 5: Construction
Build Phase
Standard bathrooms are completed in about 10 days. Full kitchen remodels take 4-6 weeks.
Our crews are trade specialists who show up on time and leave the job site clean at the end of every day.
Every project has a dedicated project manager who visit your home daily and communicate with you constantly and openly so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough
Final Step
Once construction is complete, your project manager will walk the finished space with you. If you’re happy with how it turned out, we’d love for you to leave us a Google review.
We request the final payment only after the punch list is fully resolved. On top of that, every project comes with a 1-year labor warranty. If anything comes up, we come back and fix it.
What Makes Our Process Different?
Dedicated Project Manager
Your PM is on site at least once or twice a day. If anything in the plan changes, you hear about it immediately and never after the fact.
Direct, Open Communication
We create a group chat for each project that includes you, your PM, and all crews assigned to your home. You never have to wonder who to call to get an answer.
Daily Cleanups
Your crew cleans up after themselves at the end of every workday. We also use plastic barriers to close off the surrounding rooms and contain dust.
Detailed Proposal Review
We go through the proposal together before anything is signed. You know exactly what’s included and what changes if you want to adjust.
