Below is the step-by-step timeline we follow for most remodeling projects, whether you’re doing a bathroom upgrade, a whole home renovation, or a full-scale addition.

15–30 mins

Day 1: The First Call

This is where we listen. You tell us what you’re thinking, what’s been frustrating you, and what you’re hoping to change. We ask smart questions, explain how the process works, and schedule your in-home visit; no pressure, just a helpful start.

2–3 Days Later

In-Home Visit + Walkthrough

We come to your home, take measurements, and talk through ideas together. You’ll start to get a real sense of what’s possible. We’ll also schedule a follow-up video call to review everything once we’ve put the numbers together.

Same Week

Estimate Review + Moving Forward

We go over your detailed quote, answer any questions, and if you’re ready, we lock in your project with a deposit. This also kicks off the design and prep process. You’ll know exactly what’s coming next.

Week 1–2

Design + Materials

You’ll start choosing materials and finishes with help from our team. We keep it simple, give you options, and help you make confident decisions so things don’t stall. If your project needs drawings, we’ll handle that too.

Week 2–5

Permits & Prep (if needed)

If permits are required, we handle the paperwork for you. While approvals are in progress, we prep everything else behind the scenes so we’re not wasting time.

Week 4–6

Final Prep Before Build Day

Materials are ordered or delivered, furniture is moved to a pod if needed, and your dedicated project manager does a full site review to make sure we’re ready to go.

Build Phase

Timelines vary based on the size of the job, but you’ll know exactly what to expect before we begin.

Bathrooms: ~3–4 weeks
Kitchens: ~4–6 weeks
Whole-home remodels: 2–4 months
Additions: 3–6 months

Throughout, we keep things clean, check in regularly, and never leave you guessing.

Walkthrough + Wrap-Up

We walk the space with you, make sure everything looks perfect, and handle any punch list items right away. No loose ends, no awkward waiting, just a finished space you’ll love.

We meet in person, on Zoom, over text, whatever works best for you. And we don’t disappear after the deposit. You’ll always know what’s happening.

Pod System = No Moving Out

For big remodels, we use an outdoor storage pod to store your furniture and gear so you can stay in your home.

We prep everything else in the meantime, so we can hit the ground running the moment permits are approved.

What if I’m slow to choose materials?

We’ll guide you through every decision and gently nudge you to stay on track. Our goal is to keep things moving without rushing you.

Can I stay in my home during the renovation?

In most cases, yes. Our pod system and phased construction approach make it easy to stay put.

Do you help with financing or budgeting?

Absolutely. We talk openly about cost and help you understand what to expect, including what to budget for surprises.
