Frequently Asked Questions

We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, full-home remodels, and home additions. From layout changes to structural updates, we handle everything from design to execution.
That depends on the project. Kitchens typically take 4–6 weeks. Standard bathrooms can be done in about 10 days, and basements usually take 30–45 days. Additions take longer, design can take 6 weeks, and construction can range from 3 to 6 months, depending on scope​.
We work throughout Monmouth County, with most projects happening in Matawan, Morganville, Holmdel, Marlboro, and Colts Neck.

Before Day 1, materials are ordered, designs are finalized, and walkthroughs are complete. We don’t start until everything’s ready. That’s how we move faster than most builders and still deliver great work​.
It happens, and when it does, we walk you through it. We explain everything clearly, offer your best options, and make sure you’re comfortable with the decision before moving forward.
Yes. We offer financing options to make larger projects more accessible. If you’re interested, just ask during your consultation and we’ll walk you through the steps.

Yes. We offer a 1-year labor warranty on all our remodeling projects. After the first year, any service calls are subject to a $200 fee. We stand by the quality of our work, and if anything comes up within that first year, you’ll be able to reach us directly and we’ll take care of it.
